We are pleased to present you with the final Downtown Flushing Development Framework. This document culminates a yearlong planning effort for the continued growth and redevelopment of Downtown Flushing, Willets Point, and the Flushing River waterfront.
We are very proud of this product, which represents a strong collaboration between the Flushing community, elected officials, and New York City agencies. We have all worked hard to create a plan with strong short-, mid- and long-term goals, and it will be the basis of private and public investment in the years to come.
